Yesterday, I will be in Vodafone I had a problem because my internet at home was weak. The conversation with the staff one of them was very stressful, the gentleman was not pleasant his questions to me were very rude and the tone of his voice was very unpleasant, I got the impression that he had some kind of claim to me that I came with my problem, then Charlotte took us, who was very pleasant and very helpful to us who ended our problem and I left with an improved mood. Generally speaking, the staff should have training in customer education and manners. Because it does not matter what you look like or how much money you have, the person who came with the problem or to buy a phone is important.

Charlotte was amazing and so helpful. My identity verification failed due to a problem with my address but she persevered to get it sorted to me. Moved from EE to Vodafone as got cheaper package and better phone and broadband!

So popped in Saturday afternon to change the account holder and upgrade a phone, simple? Not for the pipsqueek young lady in glasses we had to deal with, absolutely everything was too much trouble, no help or use, annoyed me so much that i promptly returned home and cancelled the contract ive had with vodafone since 2004 (probably as long as this girl is old?) If you employ staff that treat long standing customers as badly as this then good luck with your business, retrain your staff id say because you will lose 3 or 4 customers a day that come up to this persons desk. Shocking , unhelpful , useless service, good riddance vodafone.
