I arrived for an eye test and was swiftly seen. All of the assistants and optometrists who dealt with me provided an excellent service. Talked me through everything that was going on. I couldn't have asked for a better experience!

Great staff, optimist recommended the Anti-Glaze lens due to me driving, added extra but worth the money, lenses fits perfectly, staff were very helpful and supportive to my care. Been using these for 18 years and never been faultless with me, thanks - Zach

The person was more focused on trying to book me in and sign me up then asking me what my problem is and how it will works. And the your appointment card show had the contact information quick access to the number if you want to call them for any reason

Went in as needed smaller frames man helped me find them and was really helpful then the lady helped as I only had my prescription on email they went above and beyond

Staff were friendly and helpful, i even helped them catch a shoplifter while i was in there. Dont expect that on a trip to the opticians. All in all good experience.

5 star service,I was very nervous going there because it was my first eye test since I left school 30 yrs ago because I was bullied for wearing glasses so I stopped,everyone was incredibly friendly and caring and loads of choice for frames and let me take as long as I needed to choose,now I can't wait for glasses and to wear them with pride,thank you everyone
