After having a disaster with my glasses from another optician I went to vision express got my eyes tested glasses in a week and was brilliant great staff really looked after me my glasses are brilliant thank you guys at clannell Road Northampton

I would like to say a massive thank you to the team at Vision Express at Mere Way Northampton for saving my eyesight.They picked up on the pressures in my eyes that if left would have caused problems along the line, and the thing is I didn?t know I had it.So my advice is always get your eyes checked regularly.

I visited vision express located in Tesco Mere way, Northampton. Took in some broken frames and purchased a new set of the same frame. The new frames needed to be sent to the lab to have a leans put in. I was told that they would likely be back in store 3 days later and that I would get a message. After 10 days I visited store to be told they were in order and not back. The store manager was dealing with my order and would call me. After 2 days I went back again and was told that the manager had just left but I was promised a call the next day. After two days and no call I again went into store and was told that the manager had just left. After a slightly heated con be station I was finally told that my glasses had been lost and needed to be re ordered. I received a text 3 days ago to say my glasses won?t be back until the 30th September. This is almost a month after they were sent off and there has been no sorry or any alternative offered.Well done vision express Northampton

The worst service I have ever had in my life. Apart from the organisation which is a disaster. The place is very unhygienic and the optician treated me treated me like an idiot, her analysis left much to be desired and there was a moment in which to look at my eyes, she put herself in a position in which she put her face next to mine in a disgusting and very uncomfortable way. On the verge of harassment, touching his cheek to mine he spoke to me, with his breath directly in my mouth and nose, disgusting.To all this you add that they have not even called me back to give me the product I requested. I have tried to call them and they pick up the phone only for it to stop ringing, leaving me talking to myself like a fool.I have never had such a bad service in my life.

The reason why I gave you this score is because we were late going in to my appointment I know it's not there fault but and explanations would of been nice instead of just leaving us in the waiting area
