Website pretty good, physical site accessible, service quick, but otherwise totally useless. Products marked as in stock are apparently not in stock, but it's taken 15 minutes on site to verify that, and staff are just a bit rude considering their company has just wasted an hour of my life (time spent looking on their site, driving to their site, dealing with them in person). Crap.

Every time I come here the employees run away and don?t want to serve me ,I could walk in load my van and leave and no one would notice,sorry but customer service is abysmal

I had to wait 15 minutes at the till and was just one guy there. In the back were 10 guys chatting and laughing, and we were 5 people waiting so one guy could sort us out. ?
