We hired a piece of equipment and were charged a deposit for it. Once we returned it they were meant to refund the deposit minus the hire charges.Once the refund was paid backwe noticed that we were overcharged by 50%. We asked for clarification and they admitted their mistake. We chased them up a week later and they just confirmed that they will send a cheque by post. Realy disappointed with their customer service and lack of professionalism.
