I am enraged by what Travis Perkins, specifically their employee Marius, did today. My boyfriend worked for TP and was fired today due to "behavioural issues." He signed off 20 minutes earlier today because his team leader, Marius, had told him to "just clean the floor and finish the day." However, when Marius discovered that my bf had signed off 20 minutes earlier, despite the fact that everyone else had left and my bf was the last person there, he told my bf, "I'll make sure that you don't work here anymore," without giving any warning. I understand if Marius had a bad day or a bad life, but how is it acceptable that this man cut off contact with an employee without a valid reason?Of course I don?t want to generalise everyone who works for TP, but does Marius?s ?behavioural issues? seem acceptable to Travis Perkins?
