Grat place to stay. We have stayed a few times now as my father is in Duston, and when we come back to the UK from New Zealand, it is easy access to him. We also travel up to Scotland and again easy to get to the motorway. Easy to head down to Heathrow Airport for flying home too.

I left the hotel. As soon as I got home I didn?t realize the hotel left me a gift present. Bedbugs. My leg is red, bitten, itchy like crazy, sore I will have to go to the doctor to get antibiotics to treat this. The hotel used to have a good reputation but now invaded by insects and god knows what else.

Our stay was made perfect by the staff who are very friendly, helpful and professional. First class service from the moment you step into reception, Charlotte went out of her way to find a suitable room for me, nothing was too much for her and she always makes you feel so welcome and valued with her smile and asks if I needed anything to just let her know. 5 stars! Will definitely stay here again.

Nice clean travelodge friendly staff, a huge thankyou to the guest who found my credit card on the floor and to receptionist who went out of her way to bring back to my room, tobycarvery on site isn't to good with a badly poured pint of guiness and every item at the carvery was like warmRooms: Dated but clean

Hi, on 21/10/2023 I checked in wotton Travelodge. When I enter my room I was not happy with the state it was in, bathroom sink was blocked with dirty water and bin had dirty sanitary towel under the plastic bag and stains on the bed sheet.There was a kettle but no mugs no tea bag no sugar.I want down stairs for cups and the guy at reception gave me disposal one because everything was in the kitchen dirty. Overall this was a bad experience.

I loved my stay at this hotel. The front desk staff were very friendly and I didn't get bothered by the cleaning staff at all. The attached Toby carvery is also a very nice feature. Make sure you're up in time if you want breakfast! No complaints at all.

Clean and tidy room let down by fire doors which shut with a loud bang. I didn't get any sleep?

The room itself was good and the staff/service was great but as a tradesperson i would never stay at this location again. On the first night of being here i woke up with a hole in my van where somebody had tried to break in. I would class this as a high risk area for a tradesperson to stay as your vehicle will most likely get targeted. Like i said before though good room and great staff/service

The hotel smelt vile so much my wife was sick and the noise from inside the hotel with doors being slammed from the restaurant below and then the motorway right next to our window was just terrible was ment to stay 2 nights but only stayed 1

Michelle is rude, unhelpful screaming at me down the phone I had 2 minutes to get out of my room after I had worked a night shift. Unhelpful ride and aggressive, I think she needs to remember she is in a customer facing role and behave that way

Reception was immaculate on arrival, friendly welcome, quick check in, room clean and fresh as always. Staff happy to help. Beds very comfortable, proper night sleep. Mostly quiet so no disturbances during night.
