I found the whole experience not very good having had my annual contact lens review with mr Patel who?s lens prescription was found to be wrong ! It left me with blur vision to my right eye and unable to drive ! Contacted the practice and got the ? so what attitude from the receptionist . Has for the new contact lenses the practice promised to send on NEVER ARRIVED!

Cannot recommend highly enough. Keyur was fantastic with my daughter (6) today, made her feel really comfortable, was encouraging and explained what he was doing. He also took time to answer her questions and show her a model of the eye. Keyur also treats myself, husband and son and is always great. The rest of the staff are also very friendly, helpful, efficient and thorough.

I cannot recommend Debra enough. My daughter was diagnosed with dyslexia at the end of her first year of A Levels. A binocular vision check with Debra was suggested. She discovered that my daughter?s brain was not effectively processing the vision from one of her eyes, reducing her peripheral vision and making reading more tiring and stressful for her. After just a few sessions my daughter could feel the difference and by the end of the therapy she can read and retain information so much better. Thank you so much Debra!

Amazing Optometrists, so personable and helpful. Fitted my daughter with OrthoK lenses a couple of years ago, so she could play water polo and see! This solution has also started to manage my daughters myopia too. Brian and Keyur respond with fantastic levels of care whenever we have seen them. Furthermore, the Reception team are also so friendly and helpful too. We definitely recommend them.

Debra diagnosed my daughter with multiple binocular vision issues in her second term of her U6th with only 4 months until her A levels. She totally understood the urgency of the situation and worked really hard to get Sophie in a much better position to do her exams. with biweekly appointments and daily exercises we saw a complete transformation in Sophie?s school work and Sophie found reading and hence exams much more manageable and she has done really well in her exams getting into her first choice university- I have no doubt that the work Debra did with Sophie has played a large part in that. Debra is a very kind, attentive and extremely knowledgeable person. I cannot recommend her more highly.

Tompkins Knight are absolutely brilliant ? a few times now my husband has had issues with his eyes and they have always gone above and beyond to get him seen immediately and sort the problems. Absolutely fantastic service! Would highly recommend.

Had a great experience with Tompkins Knight today. I broke a temple leg on my Maui Jim prescription sunglasses and my normal optometrists said they were out of Warranty and the style was old so I wouldnt be able to have a repair. After Googling parts for Maui Jim sunglasses I found Tompkins Knight in Northampton could still order parts! Two days later they called to say the new leg was in, I was so impressed by their customer service. Lynden fitted the new temple leg in minutes at no cost saving me a £700 cost of a new pair of Maui Jim's at my current optometrists! Thank you so much Tompkins Knight ! Such great service I am now questioning my allegience to my current optometrists for the last 20years why they couldn't do what Tompkins Knight have done for me ! Great car parking facilities too.
