I visited this shop about a week ago and had such a great experience! The gorgeous worker with the high bun was absolutely amazing and super helpful and genuinely kind. Everytime I come to tk maxx she is always on the till and is so friendly, always smiling, and even folded my clothes beautifully, which I really appreciated. The customer service overall was fantastic and made the whole visit so enjoyable. I?ll definitely be coming back!

I have been to many branches of Tkmax in UK, loved it but today was a disaster. The lady near the changing room was so rude then at the till they broke our piece we already paid for. Both of the girls kept laughing and made jokes in front of us. We paid £200 plus and they didn?t even bother packing the delicate stuff. She was just throwing everything in one bag without thinking about scratches??. Complained it to the manager but I don?t?t know if they?ll do anything. I am mentally exhausted after my visit

I recently visited TK Maxx in Northampton and was thoroughly impressed. Didn?t find anything worth buying except a grater. No decent trays. No choice of bedspreads. No flat sheets. No decent blouses worth spending a penny. Lack lustre experience.

I had a very disappointing experience at this store.
Two newly hired male staff members clearly lacked proper customer service training. They spoke to me in a very rude and disrespectful manner.
Instead of handling the situation appropriately, the management chose to side with these employees, despite their unacceptable behavior.
This is completely unprofessional, and I hope the company takes steps to improve staff training and ensure respectful treatment of customers in the future.
