Been with three for many many years and always used this store to upgrade. During my last 2 upgrades there have been issues. The most current one was back in September a member of staff sold me a contract for my phone at £42 a month so I agreed, purchased phone to arrive at the store so I could collect. The phone then turns up at my home instead of the store and gets left outdoors. I then started noticing that over £60 was being taken out of my account each month. After calling three and checking, I found out I had mis-sold the contract by a member of staff! So what was actually supposed to be a £42 contract is actually £62! Absolutely clueless staff and I think this will be my last contract with 3!

After some issues with the network I was apprehensive about staying.
Lovely Manager Josh reminded me why I stay with Three.
Checked my accounts and even gave me a discount on a SIM upgrade.
Highly recommend going into the store and seeing what they can offer.

I wanted to renew the contract and they have nothing to offer to keep the customer for the next months. I don't know the names but the staff is not very professional.
