Excellent customer service at the store. Chloe and the Manager are very welcoming and lovely people, they have my 5 ?????New to three network, realised that most issues can't be solved in the store, you need to call and when i did never got to speak with a human. I'm less than 3 weeks on the network and already:- had network outages for hours twice already;- sim didn't switch till days later when it was supposed, had to go back to the store for this reason;- unable to cancel/modify a contract as my call was diverted to a machine and was told it cant be done in-store.For this I will give Three network TWO stars!!!??? I pray I won't regret moving to three as I'm displeased already.

11/10 for the customer service at Three Weston Favell!!! I went in to store over the weekend and you cannot beat the level of excellence they have within the store. Vee and Chloe were extremely helpful in sorting me out a new phone contract giving me excellent recommendations and amazing advice making me feel very valued and appreciated. I would definitely recommend anyone who is with three or looking to join to visit this store as they are great!!!

Absolutely disgusted by three in favell not helpful at all.your service as been down for a week.reckon i need a new sim because of your breakdown but guess what i need a passport or driving licence for the sim card.utter madness.

0 stars. Do you know why? Stuff gave me blue iPhone instead of black (i bought it I a shop) case that I opened at home I couldn't take it off, they didn?t change me it at shop. I?m so dislike this shop now. They can deceive you right in front of your eyes.

Once again excellent mobile magic stuff from the staff here, problems that I, or my husband, just couldn?t sort - so we went to the staff at Three Shop Weston Favell as we were despairing. This shop has been sooo helpful several times before. A great staff team with great attitude to struggling mobile phone users. I could go to stores much nearer to where I live, but not worth it. Not surprising I?ve now been with Three for 18 years.

It's a mobile phone shop, and I needed a mobile phone ?. The sales lady I spoke with was very helpful and I left with a positive view of the shop. Handy that it is in Weston Favel as parking is good.
