Very very bad signal coverage you can have in your phone with three mobile, I'm lorry driver 60%of the parking services all around UK no signal or very very poor signal,on country side the same. if you do not believe that you are free to go and sign up the contract, the big mistake on my life I do wen I signed and have the sim from three mobile, I never have that poor signal coverage on my life,Customer service is unprofessional is well, the store team they are not help with nothing, very very bad company,

I went into the shop - I had to wait a bit but it was well worth it. Kyle is a true gent. I informed him I'm here on holiday for a month, he advised me to get the 10 Gb for $10 plan which is fabulous. Very knowledgeable, quick service, and it's always good meeting people like Kyle. Thanks.

Everytime I come here 3rd time in a row , they are all too busy for talking to customers. They take their sweet time in talking to the first customer, that they are leaving the ones who wait 30 min on a side. Is annoying and frustrating. Y'all need to hire more customers advisors in this particular store. ?

After visiting a competitive supplier, who were pretty hopeless and didn't understand my need for a wifi broadband router with external antennae connectivity, I called into the 3 shop in Northampton. My existing contract is with 3, expiring shortly. I explained that my current set up was struggling to recieve a decent signal since I moved home and found myself in a poor signal area. My very knowledgeable advisor, Chris, explained that, should I take a contract there was a substantial cancellation period if the new setup was unsatisfactory. The router was on display and had the antennae connectivity required. A deal was struck, at lower cost than my current deal, a router was brought from the stockroom and I left a happy customer! On setting up that afternoon I found the signal vastly improved over the old unit. A great result from a business that took time to understand customer needs!
