I came into the store today ( Sunday 27th April)
I was having a problem with data being used in the early hours of the morning. Elliot helped me get to the bottom of the issue and then offered me a tariff that better suited my needs. He was excellent. He was helpful, efficient and understood my phone needs straight away. He is a credit to the team and a credit to Three. Elliot is a shining example of great customer service! 5 star rating. Thank you Elliot.

Came in to get a new sim and handset from Maisie and the other gentleman (I?m sorry I didn?t catch your name) ended up picking up a google pixel 9 pro and I cannot recommend the story anymore. Polite and lovely to talk to, very informative making sure the customer knew everything that would be taking place. If you need a new phone and sim it?s the place to be going!

After a terrible experience trying to upgrade through 3 call centre I went into the shop in Northampton . All the staff seem friendly and knowledgeable.

Was worried about visiting due to the bad reviews. However I was pleasantly surprised , I had to go to that store as there was a problem with a family members phone and the staff could not have been more then helpful and took the time to look into the problem and get it all sorted before I left the store. Thank you to Niru and Kyle for you help.

Mad manager saying I can?t speak my own language to my dad and I have to speak English I was translating some words for him to know better he said to not speak other language then English
