Placed an order for delivery. 30 mins had passed after the latest arrival time. Called them to be told it would be leaving in 10 mins. Another 45 mins later I called again to be told it still hadn't even left yet. No apology, won't be using again.
Edit: I rang after the 1hr 15 delay to cancel the order as we sorted something else. 1hr 45mins after the latest time of arrival door goes. Driver with our food, I told him I didn't want it he wouldn't take it away. Called the restaurant again to say I'm not paying for it as we had already been to the shops 8 miles away returned cooked and were about to eat. Man on the phone offered discount, I refused as I won't be eating the food and no longer needed it. He reluctantly said he will refund via the app. We are awaiting the refund.

This was my third time ordering from The Rani and probably the best yet.
Starters, main courses and sides all cooked perfectly and tested delicious. Full of flavour, as good as I've tasted in the best Indian restaurants. Still nice and hot, considering I live quite a distance away.
Give The Rani a try, you won't be disappointed. ??????????

Love this place it's my go to take away for curry and I have tried many different Indian take aways around and by far my favourite food always perfect and friendly delivery drivers and food is always fast and hot great food definitely recommend

I tried this takeaway after hearing they are under new management. I?m very impressed with the food and the service. The food arrived hot and was delivered on time, and it was delicious. I ordered a few dishes and absolutely loved all of them - chicken tikka masala, lamb keema chilli and jalfrezi. I loved the king prawn biryani and imagine their other biryanis taste great too. All of the dishes were worth the price and are definitely worth trying out. I highly recommend this place, they are by far the best Indian takeaway I have tried in Northampton!Dietary restrictions: My friend is a vegetarian and has a nut allergy and there were options available to her! We also found out none of the dishes contain nuts so it was less stressful to order.

I heard new owners took over so I wanted to to try out the food and the service I got was excellent and the quality of the food was very good as well I got it delivered on time and it was still nice and hot I highly recommend this place

Ordered a takeaway from here last week after a long time, and they are now under new management. It's great to see they finally have their own website.Food is still great and their naan breads are the best, they got the perfect cheese naan and their biriyani is top notch as always!Highly recommend
