Placed an order for delivery. 30 mins had passed after the latest arrival time. Called them to be told it would be leaving in 10 mins. Another 45 mins later I called again to be told it still hadn't even left yet. No apology, won't be using again.
Edit: I rang after the 1hr 15 delay to cancel the order as we sorted... read full comment
