Me and my friend popped into the store today to buy perfumes, but instead of leaving with mini shopping bags, we left with big fuming feelings...We were served by individual who clearly doesn?t know at all what good customer service means!! The individual wasn?t interested in helping customers, was rude, acted like they didn?t understand what we were asking and refused to try perfumes without the reason.
Also worth mentioning that this individual did not look professional either. It was really obvious that the person had a haircut today, and the pieces of hair left all over her jumper were screaming about it. Absolutely disgusting...

I recently visited the Northampton store and was initially assisted by Ayesh. Unfortunately, he appeared disengaged and unwilling to help me select a fragrance. Additionally, he failed to ask for my loyalty card, which I have.
In contrast, I observed Steph providing exceptional service to other customers with enthusiasm and professionalism. She was attentive, friendly, and clearly passionate about her role. Fortunately, she assisted me with wrapping my purchase, and her outstanding customer service made a significant difference. Steph truly stood out and provided a far superior experience ( def 5 starts for steph)

I recently visited The Perfume Shop in Northampton with my girlfriend, and I can honestly say the experience was beyond exceptional, thanks to the incredible service provided by Charlie and Josh. From the moment we walked in, they treated us like royalty.
Charlie and Josh were not just patient; they were genuinely invested in helping us find the perfect scent. Their knowledge of perfumes is nothing short of encyclopedic! They didn't just suggest a few options, they curated a selection of fragrances tailored perfectly to my preferences, as if they could read my mind.
Their enthusiasm was infectious, and they made the whole process fun and exciting. Charlie's attention to detail and Josh's ability to pinpoint the perfect scent for different occasions were remarkable. They truly went above and beyond, turning what could have been an ordinary shopping trip into an unforgettable experience.
I walked out with a fragrance I absolutely love, thanks to their expert recommendations. If you ever need help finding your signature scent, these two are the absolute dream team. Give them a raise, a medal anything! They deserve it.

I came in with my son today, just to test some smellies out; the guy who served us was excellent!!! Although my boy is only 13, the sales assistant spent so much time with him, letting him test anything he wanted, explained how the scents performed and gave us free samples! Thank you so much, I didn't catch his name but the service was excellent!!!

I face a bad experience with the staff and poor customer service in this store on 9/02/24 afternoon, when I came into the shopthe staff are there when they see me they don't even greet or say hello , I felt bad and I was looking for some particular products, and Im trying to get the sample of the perfumes they don't even want to serve me , like a racist behavior, after all I have purchased around 600 pounds,then also they didn't give me any perfume samples or any greetingsReally worst experience

Great service walked in and they didn't just spring up and immediately ask if they could help they waited and they allowed me to smell at least 4 fragrances but I couldn't smell any of them I had too much of my own on
