It?s a stupid person main entrance but some person pass bay the till don?t recommend after come the security way to go to the main entrance Ruth attitude she have the power and the costumers no I don?t want to give ever 1 star but the system don?t work bad

Odd little shop on a very old shopping complex, have to use coins in trollies which is a pain on first visit. And you have to use an escalator to get to the store due to its location which is long and takes time. Store well stocked, staff friendly and efficient.

I appreciate the opportunity to provide feedback. On Christmas Day, after completing my shopping, I encountered a frustrating situation with the Customer Services team. They refused to accept a photo of my Tesco Club Card, which I didn't have on hand, and insisted that I download their app instead. Even though I had the electronic format of the card stored in "My Wallet" on my phone, it was not accepted. This experience raises concerns about the level of service provided to customers.

No change machine near the trollies which are kept miles from the actual store. Checkout staff don?t have privileges to give change, you need to go to customer services, then go back down to get the trolley?.so annoying!

There was an energency evacuation kaos no control no directives fear a shambles. No one knew what they where doing danger disarray. Breaches of health & safety. Appalling tesco staff behaviour 1 staff member stating if you want to rob steal nows the time!! Disgusting. It took ages to get out no idea where meeting points. Left trolleys others carrying on shopping alarm ignored for ages.

Trash bad Tesco's if I wanted to steal your alarmed items which are bulk of items that are sold separately unalarmed I would fill my pockets with those and walk out stop asking for my receipt so accusingly you smurf suits Tesco's every little rip of helps

Large selection BUT no butcher or fishmonger counter. Everything is prepacked.
