Home Delivery From Mereway, Northampton Store - Groceries always have very short dates (1-2 days when app says the dates should be 3,4+ days). Quality of fresh/packaged produce is 9/10 poor or packaging damaged to the point some of it is missing & food inside is stale.
Never had any issues like this before I moved around a year ago & recieved my deliveries from Weston Favell Northampton Store. If I could choose my store of delivery, I would choose Weston Favell every week.

I have always came to this Tesco and had a good experience especially with going to Costa, it?s a big shame Barbra doesn?t work here anymore as she was extremely kind and had good customer service.This would be a 5 star review if she worked here

Photo shop feedback - Zero mobile reception so you can't Bluetooth your images to the printer, if you want to print from your phone bring a USB.

I absolutely love it, this shop is massive, I've loved in northampton for 33 years and everyday I go there even just to get a cake at Costa

Staff are alright. Beware of the lines there lol. Large variety of stuff of course. Great supermarket. Petrol station is sometimes closed which can be a problem but I don?t know the closing times lol. Don?t recommend the pharmacy because it hasn?t gone best, a very long wait for items. No return problems and customer service is helpful. Overall and ALRIGHT place.

Tesco Pharmacy has really gone down hill. The service is terrible. Nearly a week to wait for a prescription to be filled after 3 trips to get much needed drugs and then a 40 minute wait for them. They state they have a lot more customers, if so, you need more staff. What about customer services, ?You? have a duty of care to these customers!

Their pharmacy is a joke putting peoples health at risk. Car park is usually scattered with trolleys not put back. Today I witnessed one of their own staff members put shopping in his car and leave the trolley in the space next to his car. Complete jokers.

I?ve been using this store for very many years.
Save for a few exceptions, every time I have been, I?ve had a great shopping experience. There?s a great range of products and produce, and I?ve always found the staff to be most friendly, approachable and helpful whenever I?ve had a question about a product in store.
