All I can say is ditto to all the 0 andb1 star review. They have absolutely no idea how to run a pharmacy. Today queue of 6 people with person in front of me waiting for an hour.

One of the worst pharmacy experiences I?ve ever had ? and unfortunately, continue to have. Every visit feels like a guaranteed way to ruin my day due to the complete lack of professionalism, particularly from one older staff member, likely of Indian origin woman with short hair. She?s incredibly slow and seems uninterested in helping customers, often more focused on chatting than doing her job.
It?s clear that urgency means nothing here. Despite how important medications can be, there?s no sense of priority or care. I only go here because I have no other option due to circumstances ? otherwise, I wouldn?t step foot in this place. Deeply disappointed and frustrated every single time. ?????????????????

I would give Zero stars if possible. The pharmacy is unorganised, under staffed, ridiculously slow and painful to use. I have been using this pharmacy for 10+ years but it has never been this bad. I requested my regular prescription electronically through my surgery on Monday. Tesco pharmacy would have received it the same day. I went in on Saturday to be told it has been received but its not ready yet. Told to come back in half an hour as the pharmacist was on a break. Returned in half an hour to be told the pharmacist is still on break and my prescription is still not been sorted. I returned 2 hours later and I am now in the queue again which is 10 people deep and it's been half hour already. I will be making other arrangements for my regular prescription and I would advise anyone to avoid this pharmacy unless you have absolutely no other option.

Tesco pharmacy are totally useless they don't read the prescriptions properly and give meds that the prescription says not too as patient can not tolerate them, they don't answer the phone wen you ring them, this is the second time now and they think you are in the wrong when you point out their mistakes. Well I'm sorry I don't intend to end up in hospital coz they can't get it right they need reporting.

The behavior from the pharmacist was truly disgraceful. It's unfortunate that such individuals lacking sensitivity are in positions that demand compassion and care.

Can you give zero stars? Waited over twenty minutes to see the pharmacist with a distraught 7 year old while she appeared to be doing an admin task. When asked as to when we will be seen she simply said she would be done when she is done. Showed no compassion, empathy or any real interest in helping a 7 year old in pain.

Unorganised, slow, busy talking to each other about how their previous day was, seem too untrained to understand their own systems and best of all, don't care when people stand and wait to be attended to for more than 30 minutes. They definitely think they are the only ones working and people coming to pick up their prescriptions don't!!??

Very, very slowly staff. They talk, walk, hesitate, look for something. People wait, wait, wait in the queue. Sometimes no pharmasist or lates, but the people are not informed. Take some food with you.

Inefficient, unorganised, inexcusably slow, zero customer orientation.
In line with previous reviews, I confirm that this is the worst pharmacy in town by a distance. The service is beyond appalling from a disinterested team who see customers as some sort of nuisance only. That's why they always go invisible in the back with nobody serving on the counter, no matter how long the queues. This total disregard for patients and customers is unacceptable. The simple concept of prioritising queues is alien to them. Other pharmacies manage to get it right, but maybe that's because they have managers who actually manage.
Tesco really needs to crack down here, or even better, review the contract.

If I could give 0, I would do it with all of my pleasure! This is the second time when I order my prescription and in a week is still not ready, and promising that they will contact you asap, and guess what when you call them they have the audacity to not answer, I called them today more than 6 times. As always! Waiting time is like 45 minutes to get an apology that they don't have the prescription. As a pregnant woman in 36 weeks I don't have the energy anymore to wait more than half an hr because obviously there's not even a seat or anything there. Big shame on you!!!!

Over 40 minutes for a prescription today then tried to give me one I hadn't requested which I said I would have too as it was for my other daughter save her the trip as we live in the same house. Then refused to give it to me as she's an adult yet happy to give me the one for my son whose older. Didn't start filling the prescriptions I had actually gone for until after she refused to give me my daughter's. And there was no queue for a change yet still had to wait.

Popped to Tesco Pharmacy at Weston Favell as had a bad insect bite and wanted advice if infected and best treatment. The Pharmacist on duty not only was quick to see me but also checked the bite area thoroughly and gave a treatment plan which has not only helped but also saved me a trip to my Doctors Surgery. I might add that before going into Tesco Pharmacy, I had popped into the other Pharmacy in Weston Favell Centre but the Pharmacist showed no interest in even checking the bite unless I popped back later in the day even though one of the assistants had tried to explain to her how bad the bite looked and felt. Thank you and Well Done to Tesco Pharmacy for professional care, advice and service.

They are incredibly slow and inefficient and have made mistakes on at least 3 occasions. They sometimes text to say your prescription is ready and you still wait over 10 minutes when you get there. Their only positive is long opening hours and parking. They always have a queue. If you can, go somewhere else.
