Nearly waited for 30 minutes in the que and gave up, very rude manager,service is appalling, it's no wonder they have terrible reviews from the vast majority of customers.

I had to attend this pharmacy after an out of hours gp visit suggested it was the logical choice as it was a Sunday. It isn't immediately near where I live. I queued for about 15 minutes, then to be told it'll be another 30 minutes before the prescription was ready. Although feeling quite unwell, I had to roam around the store to waste those 30 minutes. There are no waiting seats. Once I came back, I was then told they didn't have all of the required medication.This meant I had to come back the next day and spend another 15 minutes or so waiting.There is no urgency amongst the staff or pharmacists that I saw. There is no customer service. No apologies. No care. Plus you'll wait ages. My advice - find another pharmacy. I've been to many pharmacies over the years and this is the worst by some distance.

It sadness me that this pharmacy is so rude and so slow - sign up asking public not to abuse staff but the pharmacist is incredible rude to customers - how about it works both ways ?? Tesco you need to sort these people out they a not a good advocate of your brand

Meant to open at 8 on Mondays, the pharmacist is constantly 30 minutes late.

I have never been on medication before , I'm a 56 year old but have been diagnosed with high blood pressure. Now Tesco pharmacy have definitely not helped with this ailment. I waited 45 minutes in a quie behind of 4 people to be told that they haven't got the prescription, I did ask them to check again, then alas they found it. This has taken an hour at this point. Surely there must be an easier way as I'm a working man and don't have this time.

Yes they hide inside in dark corner unless it's priorly electronic prescription send. I will say yes more better then next door boots

Had text from our surgery saying chemist next door is closing and to nominate another so asked tesco pharmacy to be told by quite a surly man that the queues are very long as its a busy store and he doesn't recommend using them- deserves to close down

What an amazing team. Although 111 prescribed a medicine that is not available they helped by suggesting a suitable alternative and within 30 seconds of 111 making the correction this was in our hands. Two assistants and the pharmacist could not have done more to help in this difficult situation. Thanks to all of them

Absolute jokeTesco this has your name on it sort the staffing levels out it is too much .Queue was only 3 people when I joined it now 10 people behind me and queue hasn?t budged half hour later.Same old same old every time I attend .I Will be changing where my prescriptions get sent to from now on .Tesco down to you to sort your sub brand/franchisees out

Doctor sent over my prescription & i had it collected within 5 minutes. Quick & efficient staff especially jayde, she?s a real asset to the team.

Useless, slow, uncaring staff. Partner had a panic attack because one pharmacy was closed and she needed it fulfilling by another, as tablets had ran out. Just told her to phone 111. After phoning and getting another prescription had to wait another 45 minutes±. Would've thought they'd have had the decency to help her out after seeing she needed help. Absolute disgrace. Stay away!

Extremely long wait trying to get meds 4 Nephew - then told none in stock and said got them in liquid form when said yes they then say can't give with out doctors permission!! Another pharmacy got the right meds - but told the pharmacy must divert meds to them first - so i been on phone for 30 mins and one picked ups up the calls - the worst Pharmacy in the whole of Northampton I would say ?
