Treated my mother appallingly over a cooker installation recently. Doubted one of the qualified engineers who came to visit and had an issue with our installation, saying they knew better when he?s been working with gas and electric for two decades and wasn?t prepared to do something that could have potentially been a danger. On top of this, sold my mum the wrong sized oven and said ?they?re all standard? but here we are having part of our worktop cut out to fit it in.We were recommended to them by someone else but it?s been nothing but a nightmare. And left her with a £180 bill plus she?s already paid £40 already for installation to them. Avoid this place and go somewhere else if you?ve got a non-freestanding item.
