One of the worker at till she to rude
We come down to the till to be served and she tell me so rude why you here I said I?m here to be served she is telling me I?m not serving you go to the other till and she moved to other till and start serving other customers she have to learn how to behave with customer

I bought a facial clay mask and at the point of payment the attendant told there is a reduction if I buy 3 of the items, which I agreed and after payment was made I forgot to pick the items,came back the next day for the item which CCTV must have captured it, the Manager went in and said the camera showed I took it , and the product was right on the table, I felt embarrassed and I told myself I won?t come back here

They have absolutely no idea how to staff a shop, very rarely do they have more than 1 or 2 on tills even though the queue is reaching back into the store. Blond on the till flicking her hair claims it's not their fault they are busy...

Ordered online, they said they had proof of delivery which wasnt my house and refused refund or resent items. Awful, rude customer service.

Went to the beauty studio at superdrug in Northampton town centre for eyebrow and forehead wax, the girl attending to me was very unprofessional.When applying wax to my forehead it fell on my left eye , but didn't go inside as I shut my eye in time.Then she applied a solution to take it off ,that got into my eye and started burning followed by a cold eye wash that wet my left arm and shoulder, but not once did she have the courtesy to apologise.The forehead wax was badly done in some parts.I came home to a bit of wax in my hair.

Customer service in here is usally pretty good majority of the time but not yesterday. I popped to buy a few things. Went to the checkout to pay and got served by one of your cashiers who was quite rude to me. I had to ask her politely several times to scan the lip balm I purchased as it wasn?t done. When she finally noticed, it was chucked in my bag and I just overall didn?t like how she was being around me while I was being served. I think that some of your staff need to be retrained on customer service and treating customers with respect.

Went inside to test out some of the fragrances, was approached by a sales assistant with glasses and braids, she at first asked if we needed help to which I replied ?no I was just trying out the testers? but she replied that not all of the bottles were testers as if we were actively opening sealed bottles, which was a embarrassing to be accused of something of that nature. I can read and I was only trying out the ones clearly marked testers. Maybe they had issues in the past with customers opening bottles for sale but I know what is right and wrong. She was trying to be helpful but instead came off rude and put me off shopping. Staff needs better customer service.
