I came to Subway on my lunchbreak from Northampton College, at first everything was fine and i was looking forward to the sandwich :) then it all went wrong. They made my sandwich (vegan patty, cheese and toasted with tomato, lettuce, cucumber and mayonnaise..) The wifi had cut out on the till which they did not let us know prior, they suggested i go round the corner to get cash out, kept repeating that it was not their fault and gave NO APOLOGIES! this whole thing took around 20 mins which is alot of my lunch break and i just think they couldve communicated better and at least apologised. I did not get my sandwich. :( Please give me voucher

I have ordered delivery. It took over an hour to deliver the food. Sandwich was ok but it felt very rushed as the salad was all over the place and messy. Overall price was good and spent less than expected.

We visit Subway about once a week in a variety of locations depending where we are - this is the ONLY Subway that we've ever been to that ONLY allows you 5 choices of salad in your sub! You still pay the same price though so, if you want a Subway 'your way' then I suggest finding another branch!

Came into Subway in Weston Favell, Northampton and we had to wait nearly 30mins in total for 1 Subway roll and 1 salad bowl. Unfortunately, the team spent most of their time making mobile/online orders which meant customers who had come into the restaurant were just stood waiting and there was no apology or explanation. Such a shame.

Subway at Riverside, Nottingham is excellent. I don't eat it myself , I buy regularly for my grandchildren. My grandchildren absolutely love a subway treat.They have the same treat almost weekly!The lady in particular is lovely and very engaging. She remembers what my grandchildren like, how they like their subways and always talks to my grandson about his football, ( its usually my grandson with me ordering.)I think its lovely to be remembered and males me want to return to the store.We go late afternoons and the food loons fresh. My grandchildren love the food and are delighted to get one for the evening and one for the lunch box.The staff at this store are friendly, helpful, kind and engaging.My star ratings are based on my grandchildren love for their experience and mu appreciation of the lovely staff and fresh looking foods.Kid-friendliness: My grandchildren love visiting Riverside Subway for a treat.The lady there is particularly lovely and remembers us all. That's exceptional when so many people use the outlet.The staff are patient and kind to children.The lady remembers my grandsons obsession for football.
