Always, always happy with the food here and the customer service. Whilst I wait for my sandwich, I notice a few customers are quite rude and abrupt with the staff who make the sandwiches here, yet the staff are always very polite and very good at making a decent sandwich.I've ordered here over 300 times, it's certainly improved over the years. It seems management is very careful about who they employ. There is definitely a criteria that potential staff have to meet, and that shows by the level of professionalism I've always seen whilst ordering food here.Thanks guys, you are appreciated. ??

Now that this branch has been re-fit, it is lovely and bright and clean. Nice subs and the cheapest branch for what i have too. Staff could do with being a bit more welcoming.

Ordered a TUNA mayo and sweetcorn wrap. Took a bite out of the soggy wrap and noticed I could taste no tuna. Opened it up and there was in fact NO TUNA. Well, there was one single minute chunk of tuna at the very bottom. So I was given a mayo and sweetcorn wrap. Would get my money back but ordered through just eat so I can?t ?

I use Subway on a regular basis, mainly for their breakfast roll, which ireally like. They do really nice sandwiches taylored to your taste. It's not cheap but reasonably priced. You can sit in to eat if you want to.

Subway is our family's go-to place for food on Sundays and for hanging out. I am very happy with the service, the ambiance, and the way the staff interacts, especially with Nandu, Shwetha, jewel and Jyoti. I have been to other Subway locations, including the two in Northampton, and was disappointed with them. However, I find the exceptional service at the Kingsthorpe Subway to be the reason for us to keep coming back. You guys rock! Thank you so much for providing us with such a comfortable dine-in experience.
