I recently visited to purchase some earrings as a Mother?s Day gift but sadly they had none left at the Northampton store but fortunately they had 1 pair left at the other store which Serena so kindly offered to deliver to my home so I had them in time. I was so impressed with their customer service, this gesture went above and beyond my expectations and along side the personalised engraving they offer on the plaques for the boxes it just makes the purchase even more special. The quality and choice of jewellery is beautiful and they made me feel so welcome. Thank you so much

We bought our wedding rings from Steffan's and my husband got my engagement ring here too, and the staff have always been so friendly and so helpful. They listened to exactly what we needed, made it really easy to book appointments, and keep everything safe and secure until you need to collect. We also got our wedding gifts here for our mothers, as they offered us a £100 gift card for a purchase over a certain amount, which was incredibly helpful! Will definitely shop here again!

Purchased an engagement ring from Steffans. Had my ears pierced today by Lizzie. Made to feel extremely welcome, looked after and given very clear after care instructions and encouraged to return if I needed anything. Great choice of earrings. Offered refreshments, a really great experience.

I have purchased several watches from Steffans in the past, both with a suitable discount and a gift, and never had a problem with the service which was genuinely good.My recent interaction with them this time round has been extremely poor and very disappointing ? they were unresponsive to emails and calls from the start, they failed to make contact or respond when promised while negotiating and once we had agreed terms (I have their quote in writing on an email) they tried to put the price up at the last minute.The gentleman I was dealing with tried to tell me they hadn?t come back to me as they didn?t want to conclude the deal ? then have the decency to inform me of that fact! Equally do not commit and agree to the arrangement via a confirmation email if you will not be keeping your word.A very poor way to treat a repeat customer and to conduct business in general, you should honour the pricing you commit to in writing and communicate much better ? surprisingly most of the bad service experienced came from a director!Unsurprisingly 20% of all reviews on Trust Pilot are 1* and I am certainly not the only one to have this same issue.I would avoid and use C.W Sellors, I got a better deal in the end and a much more professional service.*Update since below reply from Steffans - the deal we eventually agreed upon, that your director slyly tried to up the price on at the last minute, involved paying IN FULL for the watch - as per your quote. It did not involve finance, so your reply makes very little sense nor do the fake sentiment or words of apology. If you want to be polite and nice towards your customers I would suggest trying it at point of sale!

Shopping at Steffans Jewellers still remains a pleasant experience . Mkt Harborough as recently appointed a new manager Tracey who as totally slotted in with what comes over as the store ethics.
