Lovely coffee but keep forgetting to put milk in my americano but still tasty

Walked in and was met with miserable looking staff, had to stand at the till and wait for someone to acknowledge me, finally a stone faced women took my order no good morning nothing.. stood and waited for my drinks , after another 5 minutes got the first drink so decided to wait for the second .. another 5 minutes she asks what was your drink .. I repeated my order .. another few minutes the other member of staff asked if I have come to collect an order .. at this stage I?m getting annoyed.. I replied I ordered my drinks at the till? turns out she failed to place my order correctly had to wait another few minutes ? no apology nothing..
I strongly advise this team get some well deserved training, not the first time I?ve been spoken to rudely by this lot..
take a lesson from your team on the kettering road ..

Drinks quality is really poor and inconsistent. Often lacking flavour or ingredients. Tables are not cleared after guests meaning you have to sit amongst the previous customers cups and plates.

this starbucks has the worst customer service, been in here multiple times and the staff are downright rude and judgemental
