Spend your money elsewhere!!
I unfortunately brought a pair of boots from sports direct (DUNLOP) boots, they lasted a day and a few hours and the metal eyelets for the laces were shearing off happened on left boot then right, took back obviously faulty product the manager and this woman sidekick denied money back and accused me of cutting them off with some sort of tool, are these people for real!!! One thing company policy not giving refunds but accusing customer of intentionally damaging to get a refund is disgusting! very rude manager and woman side kick once credit note is spent I will never walk in these doors again!

It's okay, just hasn't got a lot of the latest styles for footwear. A lot of same styles replicated at not so good prices compared to online.

Couldn't find what I was looking for (seen online) but one staff pointed them out & another got my size in about 2 mins +girl on till was really polite.Been shopping here for 20yrs & never had a problem. Maybe bad ratings are part time/weekend staff? It does seem the Mon-Fri staff are a bit happier than Sat/Sun..Product Diem fishing boots.

Bought an England shirt a few weeks ago and was very happy with the experience. Wanted to give a shout out to Hollie at the Northampton riverside retail park sports direct. We searched ?high? and low for the shirt and she was so helpful! (She was a little scared of heights) she went above and beyond and I really appreciate her customer service that day. Many thanks. Lady at tills was very rude, wasn?t respectful at all.. she asked me if i wanted a bag i said sure then when i went to pay i gave 11.50 and was getting another 20p out she was like you wanted a bag right? And i said yes and she was like okay then, and once i gave it she asked me if i was okay in a rude way and I said I?m perfectly fine. And as i was going she said you wanted your receipt right? I said okay and I walked off. Very rude and disgusting behaviour

Guy that was going to find me size 12 boots just vanished. Presumably there is a big void in the stock room he fell into along with all the size 12 Nike boots.
