I just wanted to say how amazing Leon is I think that was his name Every time I?ve dealt with him, he?s gone above and beyond to help me. He?s professional, friendly, and makes everything so easy. You can tell Leon really cares about doing a great job. Plus, he?s got an absolutely brilliant mullet honestly, best haircut I?ve seen in customer service! It just adds to his awesome vibe and makes the whole experience even better.

Poor customer service, Went to shop around 4.30/5pm I approached two staff members (female and male) asking for a shoe size they both ignored me , i asked again and the guy responded with a bit of frustration that all the shoes out there is what we have.
I walked away to look for some sketcher sandals could not find them i went back to them and asked if they have sketches they both turned around and said we dont have sketchers and the female pointed at an isle that i had no clue where it was located saying that pair is all we have. I was confused and then guy started saying there pointing instead of them showing me and helping me it seems like they where both more focused on sorting out or arranging some boxes.
They where not very helpful, felt intimidated by them and they where not very pleasent or welcoming.

Worst online experience I've ever had and coming from a nationwide chain its even more disappointing, at least have common courtesy to email your customers when their orders have been lost in transit!!!! I don't even expect this type of service from an independent store let alone someone as big as yourselves

Disgusting sales personnel they do not llseem to know how to be polite to their customers or helpful to those that are visiting the store
Had a word with the manager and he was quite polite
Sports direct is one of the largest sports franchise in UK hence customers need to be attended to in a more respectful and courteous manner not be given the impression that customers are nusinces on the floor
The sales lady was crude and arrogantly giving the impression and wibe that she was probably disgusted doing her job and when asked why she was so impolite instead she was argumentative and gross , absolutely disgusting pathetic customer service behavior

I ordered some what I thought were basic protein shakers, LifeLine
Strg Shkr Btl 99. Hands down the best thing ever as I have been paying nearly £10 for the shaker and find this for £1.50 online only RUNNNN

Visited yesterday to buy trainers and had a really great experience. The person who helped me find the pair I needed was super friendly and helpful, apologising that the ones I asked for weren't made in my size.
After finding a suitable alternative, I enquired about sport socks and the two team members by the escalator were also helpful and friendly.
When I got to the till I joked about how I was a bit out of my depth in the shop as am not really sporty and the team member was really kind and reassuring.
Lastly, I needed to use the lift due to my mobility issues and the team member was really helpful and went out of his way to make sure that I was OK to use the lift alone as it's quite an unusual piece of equipment.
All in all, a really great and positive experience - thank you Sports Direct team - you were fantastic!

Decent array of items and have been in many times to pick up items, do find the range of shoes to be a little bland but a decent selection. Great for football shirts, sports gear! Staff are pleasant and happy to help when required and area for gaming with the game store operating inside.
Good mix of adults and kids clothing and shoes so useful for families and the like.
