Top notch customer service! A really friendly staff. You feel welcome and like more than just another customer, something so many other large businesses could learn from. The specs I purchased, though expensive for my tastes, very much fit the saying "you get what you pay for." They are excellent. I'd rather save up and get the service and quality that Specsavers provide than go somewhere else. I'm not usually someone to be a fan of a big brand or chain, but Specsavers have a fan in me.

Jude and his team were fantastic, from start to finish they went above and beyond to help myself and my wife! Brilliant team, excellent communication between them.Jude took the time to explain everything he was doing but most importantly why he was doing it so I could fully understand the tests that were being carried out.To top it off, they?ve recently won the ?Multiple Practice of the Year award? and it was well deserved!

Never been so impressed with customer service. Everyone is so helpful, patient and kind. They saw the stress I was experiencing with broken glasses and expedited two new pairs which were available in less than 10 days. I was kept up to date constantly by the team and whenever I am in store everyone is so informative and good to deal with.Properly well run little store, and a bunch of great employees, I hope their hard work doesn?t go unnoticed, big up yourselves, everyone deserves a raise!

Excellent service,opticians/advisors very attentive,welcoming and professional wouldn't go anywhere else!One downside no public toilets for us old folk who have had the full treatment and have been sitting there for a while!

Have been a customer for 30 years and always been very happy with service until a month ago. Lady who tested my eyes said that because of a cataract she couldn't improve my sight. A week later I decided to ask for a retest in case I had not given enough info ( I would switch to single vision glasses etc). I was refused saying it was the position of the cataracts causing the problems but she would refer me if I wanted to see a specialist. I sought a second opinion who agreed that cataracts were starting to grow but would not need action for about 4 years but that my prescription was too strong. New glasses and vision problems sorted. Sorry Specsavers but you've just lost a customer.
