Awful awful! Terrible customer service. Took over 4 months to transfer money. Lazy staff with a poor attitude. Having to go the Obudsman! Hopefully this gives you a flavour!

Can take a very long time to get served when they only have one cashier on and the que gets long . Very slow service in there
