Sarah handled my enquiries with clarity, confidence, and efficiency. Her ability to provide prompt service while remaining genuinely attentive reflects a high level of skill and dedication to her role.

Had to drive out of garage tonight as nearly all pumps had big box vans parked on them.Driver told me waiting for boss to pay. I spend £100's there each month.
Won't be rushing back.
Need to sort this Shell. ???

Somebody can please explain why the diesel was 10p more expensive here compared to the Shell toward Kettering, which is 5-10 minutes driving. That?s where I usually refuel. Frankly ridiculous.
Regarding your reply below. My question above was rethorical, I suggest you have a look at what this means. Probably, you have seen a name that is not John Smith and got really excited, eh?? For your knowledge, I work in one of the top ten UK universities as a researcher. The answer to my question is that people like you and companies
like yours know the cost of everything and the value of nothing. In this case, the values are customers? loyalty and respect for local communities. I will never refuel at Shell again as I also had a similar experience with the Burton Latimer station. With the current oil prices, there is no reason to charge £ 1.49 for diesel, which is also cheaper to make compared to petrol. Adios!

Nice petrol station, and handy to now have a Waitrose shop attached to it, but the petrol is 5 to 10p a litre more than the shell a couple of miles up the road (the one near Hannington)

The garage contactless payment system failed so was unable to pay for my tank of fuel I had just filled using the pumps as like most people these days I was not carrying cash . There was no signage informing their contactless payment system was unavailable or any pumps turned off to stop customers filling before their payment systems were back on line ?? Was then with other people in queue humiliated as was requested to fill a drive off failure to pay !Paid the next day and then began receiving debt collection letters . Hello !! It was your fault as did not apparently pass payment details to the hench men ( debt collection company ) I was told by the manager when contacted.Disgusting customer service worst ever!Avoid this station people because they were totally uninterested when contacted to discuss the issue ,and were not at all concerned by the distress that they themselves caused.
