I have a amazon return package to send back via this specifically selected shell garage and the machine is always "not working" personally I think the woman working there simply can't be bothered to do this.. extremely frustrating as this has been the same answer for nearly 3 weeks.

If i could give this petrol station a 0/5 stars then I would.
I went to this petrol station at midnight on 9th June 2024 to grab myself a coffee. The old asian man with glasses refused to serve me and said after 11pm shell petrol station does not have the license to serve coffee/hot chocolate. This is the first time I have heard this in my entire life especially coming from a petrol station. Funnily I went to bp petrol station and surprise surprise they were able to serve me and they had the same costa machine. Due to this assistant I will not be visiting this branch anymore especially if this assistant is working there.
This same assistant (old man) refused to release the fuel one day when I came to fuel up my vehicle. My vehicle engine was turned off and I have a vehicle where the lights take a few minutes to turn off completely. The advisor could see that I had my car keys in my hand knowingly that the car was turned off and still refused to release the pump to me. He said I had to wait 5 minutes even after the lights were turned off from my vehicle and then allowed me to fuel up. This was a real inconvenience, as I was on my way to an important appointment that I could not be late too. He is really rude and bitter and does not deserve to be in a field working with people day to day.
I am disappointed how I was treated like this with the same assistant. I will be making sure that I tell everyone that I know who fuels at this branch not to go there. This guy is going to put you out of business.

Called in to have a free carwash as promised owing to the fact having a car wash previously the shampoo did not work and the drying system did not work properly complained at the time left a mobile no received a call approximately 6/7 weeks later to say it was now working. After being closed however going back. To get the promised car wash only to be told the person involved had left the country the manager denies agree to this arrangement I?m very disappointed at the service given would not recommend using this shell outlet
