Busy for a Sunday but got served very quickly.

Order a drill on Friday, money taken out but no confirmation. Was told the money will be returned and need to buy again. BOTH transactions were cleaned, again was told will receive a refund and nothing. After calling the customer service again, was informed they cannot actually help and need to contact via WhatsApp or Email, tried both and no replies! £136 paid twice! Very unhappy with how this is being handled, and will not think twice before using screwfix!

Had an issue with a Screwfix online order, and was wrongly told I could return it in-store. Frustrated when I couldn?t?but the Northampton team turned it around fast. The staff and managers took full responsibility, resolved it on the spot, and even offered vouchers. Top-notch service that turned a mistake into a five-star experience!

Talk about bad service! Most unhelpful. Knowingly sold me a damaged item. I walked out the door and turned back to return it but wouldn?t let me return it or replace. Argued with me and told me there?s no problem with it and the tubs were all dented. He merely had to walk back and replace it but I reckon he couldn?t be bothered changing it ? the shop was empty ( not that it should matter) Well guess what there is a problem!!!

We always go to Screwfix and have never encountered any problems. I visited this shop today at around 11am and the staff member who served me was rude and unprofessional !. Never going back to this specific screwfix again.

Went to Gladstone road today to pick up 2 items waited approximately 15 min people walked in behind me and got there parts straight away.staf walked pasted me to give them there parts i must be invisible left with out my 2 items terrible service won?t be going there again
