Very over priced charity shop. The stock that is out is always the same stuff and not in the best condition either. They even sell fake items, check out these mens Gucci trainers. Will set you back £50!!There are plenty if good charity shops in Northampton, this is one to avoid.

Extremely overpriced charity shop (Clothing). Stock is hardly ever rotated. Probably because the prices are so high nothing sells. I?m always happy to pay up for a good quality garment second hand but this shop is literally over priced tat, over worn, bobbly etc. Nothing worth more than £5/£6 max yet prices are in the range of £10-£25 for general high street low value brands. Even higher for more premium high street. Wouldn?t recommend a visit.

Love the shop . Abit overpriced sometimes. Couple of staff have been rude to me. There's one lady in there thats lovely. Kindness goes along way perhaps the other two should take note

Furniture collection service very unreliable, disorganised and poor service. By contrast, the British Heart Foundation were excellent.

Drove quite a distance to visit. Felt very excited when I saw how big it was but left feeling disappointed. I trade in vintage. I totally get that they don't want to give away stuff but their approach of high prices leaving no room for a bargain for shoppers or any small profit for small vintage buyers means that the place is absolutely rammed with stuff but they would make so much more money for the charity if they turned over more stock. It is harming the reputation of what is a very long established charity. I am only 25 miles from London. In my local Hospice shop which is a tiny little place, the prices are less than half what they are asking in this shop and they regularly take more than a thousand a day so the hospice is able to look after more patients. I ,bought very little. Had the prices been reasonable I would have bought a huge amount .

The shop has really nice things, you just have to have an eye to pick them out ?. Just like these desert roses

Just went in here to look at some items, usually love this atmosphere. But today I used the mirror by the changing rooms with the curtain open, as I was not getting changed just looking at the clothes held up against me -as women do. I presume it was one of the staff who decided to watch me the entire time and call another member to come on her phone to continue to update her on my movements and get someone to tell me off I presume ?? Made me feel like They thought I was going to steal something or strip with the curtain open when I was not . I was just using the mirror. She then came off the phone and walked off , and the other woman then followed into the changing room I was ?using? not sure why but I just felt uncomfortable and it was unnecessary .

Ridiculously expensive on everything during this living crisis. Do not use this shop, shop at different charity shop.

The messiest and most expensive charity shop I have seen. More expensive than new stuff with occasional discounts.

Good selection of items, in a lovely space, but poorly presented and often overpriced.

Nicely set out shop, friendly staff but prices are extortionate. I know everything's gone up but I don't expect to pay nearly as much as brand new for second hand stuff. The furniture is more than 'retro' and still £50+. I won't be visiting again.

Found a few nice things but the prices were way too high to justify buying them. Came away with just a mug for £4 that still felt too expensive but, as it was for my dad, I thought I?d buy it anyway.

Visited today and was very keen on a baby carrier. Spent some time trying it on and my mum and my friend perched themselves on a sofa. Then the manager comes over and is extremely rude, instead of ?sorry please can we not sit on the sofas unless you plan on buying them? we got ?you?re buying these sofas then, sitting on them will mean we won?t be able to sell them? when my mum said she could of been more polite (her tone of voice and body attitude was very rude) she huffed and puffed. When we asked a nice member who was helping there if we could talk to the manager she replied ?she is the manager?. We understand they don?t want people sitting on them as they want to sell them but being asked would?ve been the best way to do it. I suggest signs are out onto them asking people not to sit. I didn?t buy the baby carrier in the end, I had a bad experience a few years ago in the same store and thought I?d give it another go. Safe to say unfortunately I won?t be back.
