Very busy, with the few manned tills trying to cope with long queues and the self-service points had hardly anyone using them. As a mobility scooter user the manned tills if both sides are open they are difficult to negotiate and the self-service ones difficult to operate. The staff try their best but when the store is so busy they don't have the tip to help.

On the whole, a good supermarket. However, never, ever has any 'Jason's' sourdough bread on the shelves. What's the point in having a shelf for a product if it's always empty? And if it's such a good selling product, why is the shelf just above the floor in the bread aisle as though it's a poor seller? Been in for bread at least the last 3 weeks (if not more) and the shelf is always empty. We've asked about this several times and always get the same standard response. We just don't bother anymore and go elsewhere. Come on Sainsbury's - sort your ordering system out!

Not the first time down stairs toilet was reduced to men's and baby changing. Men commented on how dirty and smelly theirs was. A disgrace one man said. Ladies queuing inyo the store to use the single baby changing cubicle. There was today no toilet paper so I tried the disabled toilet door which was locked. I tried the ladies toilet door and was met with the most disgusting stench and disgusting toilets ever. One to the brim with sodden toilet paper. One filled with feces over flowing. I did not I vedtigate the others but took as many toilet paper rolls I could carry back to the baby changing cubicle. This is unhygienic. Unacceptable. Disgraceful.
