Don?t believe there special delivery options . I clicked ? if can?t deliver deliver to local post office? so they did not bother to deliver and posted will deliver to post office I can see from my house in 2 days time . Class act ? NOT

Sent a 48hr clothing return on 19/02 and has been stuck there ever since. Compensation service will only payout £100 when what?s in there is worth a considerable amount more.

Parcel collected from me on Friday morning. It has been at SOuth Midlands MC since Saturday. Why hasn?t it been delivered? I can?t get my refund until it is!!! Absolutely disgraceful service

They must sort the parcels into what they can sell and what they cannot how has this SD got so many bad reviews and complaints shows they don't care one bit. I have sent my complaints to OFCOM and so should anyone who has used them and received an absolute joke of a service if all these complaints went to OFCOM it would show this company is failing to provide any type of service to anyone.Businesses please do not use them you and your customers will have to go through months of chasing and headaches no scratch that migraines just to find out your orders have been stolen from the depot.Customer service 0Customer complaints 0Service provided 0Overall UNTRUSTWORTHY

My parcel which was 48hrs tracked has been at South Midlands MC since 18 Nov, what is the point of paying for tracking!?? Update: finally delivered in Feb, can?t believe it?s taken 3 months for a 48hr tracked parcel, unbelievable no apology, no explanation. Something odd about this Mail Centre!!

My parcel was sent out on Monday and arrived at the depot on Tuesday morning and hasn't moved since. It is now Saturday morning. Royal Mail tracked 48 hour service.Have complained to Hive whare using this service

Day 7 of my 48hr tracked return stuck at SMMC. Great! I?m returning sky boxes after cancelling my contract with them, this is going to be no end of phone calls to RM and sky to sort out, hours of my life I won?t get back because RM can?t sort themselves out.

Posted a letter on 9 January to the passport office in Dublin. Package contains my birth certificate, marriage certificate, Irish citizenship certificate, copy of my British Passport - and driving licence. In other words it contains my whole identity. It?s now 23 January and it?s STILL at South Midlands MC. I?ve made endless phone calls- but nothing?s happening. I keep being told, I have to wait 20 days before it?s considered ?lost? and I can apply for compensation. How can they compensate for loss of identity? Beyond frustrated!

Sent a parcel back on 6th of Feb, I paid for 24 hour tracked service, its still at South Midlands mail centre. No further updates. Customer service isnt the best, now being advised that the item may have disappeared, (along with many others by the look of this thread) and now I will have to waste more of my time filling out forms for a 'lost' item that's not even LOST!!!! Then the painstaking wait to find out if you'll receive compensation or not ? cheers RoyalMail ? splendid service! ? SORT IT OUT!!!
