0h what a disaster, will never return here again! My lashes were falling out after day 2!! Ending up going there 3 times to sort it.Unfortunately i deleted the pics I took ? nevermind.It's a place I'll never visit again.

Only discovered here about 6 weeks ago and I really like it. It's my one stop shop for all my beauty needs. I've had cluster lashes, pedicure, waxing, eyebrow threading and acrylic nails done here and the service has been very good.

Booked here for a facial and massage for myself and my two daughters, was told they had two rooms so that wouldn?t be a problem. I assumed there would be a bit of a delay, but not for me sitting there for nearly 2 hours while they did the facial and massage on both my daughters. I assumed they would swap us out so none of us would be sitting there for to long. I was asked after a time if I wanted to have another treatment, I said no thank you, I?d booked two treatments. I had to walk out in the end as got quite upset. The lady then told my daughter that they could do my treatments now after sitting there that long. Very upset as this was a birthday treat

Terrible experience. The other time time I visited for a mini manicure with a gel polish. My nails were completely messed up. 3 weeks later I returned to get mini manicure as they were ruined the last time. I came in and was told to wait. After 5 mins anothe ready walked in for an acrylic and she was served immediately while I had to wait. Very disrespectful! I will never come back to this place again. Very much disappointed!

I've been going to Raj's for about 18 months now and always recommend it to friends. Raj is lovely! She always gets back to me promptly when I contact her for an appointment, she knows exactly what I like and will book me in with the right person to cater to my needs. The staff are all friendly and knowledgeable in their fields, and it's just a generally lovely and welcoming environment. Highly recommended for manicures, pedicures, brows and many other treatments.

Eyebrows looked worse than before, had to fix them got them tinted and eyelashes last about 2/3 days I?ve tried them multiple times thinking it will be any different but it never is waste of money for clusters and I don?t even know why they raised the prices, they didn?t look good atall and they didn?t even last the weekend, brought on Thursday lasted till Saturday it?s a joke £25 for tint eyebrows and eyelashesService: Waxing
