Absolute shambles!!! Spoken to like rubbish as soon as entered the building. Complained to manager and gave a refund after waiting 15 minutes at the bar! Staff untrained and a complete mess! Stay on the caravan park guys!!

We popped in for a meal as we were staying in the aquadrome caravan park. Even though they were busy they acommodated us (family of 7 + dog) my niece got the kids carvary, the others got kids pizza, chicken tikka and sausages and mash. I had a burger that was supposed to have melted cheese oozing on it but it needed another 5 minutes as it was a bit thick. The burger itself was delicious. All in all very decent pub food. We tipped our waitress who looked confused and asked me what is this. I told her it's a tip, don't you usually get tips. To my horror she said no. She even asked were I was from as if I was from another country ?. I said I'm English and laughed. She said she had been working there for a month and that she had not received anything before. I was really surprised. They girls gave us a great service and our food came out hot and fresh. Not to mention that they put the kids puddings in a takeaway container as we wanted to rush back in time for the entertainment. Overall the staff and food was nice. We will be back

Booked a table for a Carvery...8pm on Saturday night...drove 5 miles to find no Carvery!!! False advertising! Wontbe using Greene King again!!!?

My experience is very good. The staff are friendly and happy to help with anything breakfast Kaz is very cheerful and puts a smile on ur face in a morning very pleased with the service.

Stayed at Billing Aquadrome and visited here 3 times. Dinner, lunch and breakfast. Staff welcoming and friendly. Especially Wendy and lovely Scottish lady who was on breakfast service. Definitely recommend if you're staying at Billing

We have been to quays at billing and had a great afternoon with great service We had 1 problem and was sorted straight away food was quick and service a smile from front desk to chef to waiter/ waitresses can I say a massive ty as we took our 5 grandchildren out and we all had a great time
