Took my shirt to be dry cleaned, it was given back dirtier. Was told that’s how it was when I bought it in even though I had only worn it once and just wanted it freshening up. Absolutely ruined a £90 shirt. No refund offered and didn’t seem to care either

Avoid this at all costs. Ruined an expensive white shirt, blamed my partner and absolutely zero customer care. No responsibility at all. Take something to be cleaned and it comes out looking worse. Didn’t even care that the shirt was for his wedding.
