I have ordered via Deliveroo today and got delivered wrong food . I have contacted Deliveroo and they refuse to refund so now I have no food and no money. The wrong order has been handed to delivery guy. Great service!!!

The starters were OK, service slow (and a huge very loud sweary table next to us ... staff did nothing) ... mains were m'eh at best ... I paid £19 for very overcooked pasta with watery 'sauce' (could have cooked it myself for about £2 ) ... I would suggest going elsewhere.

The prezzo restaurant in the city of Northampton is not of a very high level, the interior is so-so, the food does not correspond to reality and requirements at all, they brought pizza and it felt like I was just eating bread, the prices for alcohol are very expensive (the owner of the restaurant probably has big debts), they brought a cocktail and in fact it's just a compote for 10 pounds. my advice to you as an expert is not to go to prezzo, I don't recommend it at all,

Went here on a saturday before the theatre.One member of the party was gluten free,they provided a different menu,and our server was excellent understood! Food was great,was already full at 5.15pm,would recommend.

Pretty good for a chain. Wouldn't say the desserts are value for money (very expensive for what they are) rest is good though

It was a few months ago that I went there. But I?ve had a lot going on. So just now I?ve got to write this review. But if you?re a person of colour just don?t go here. Me and my mother went here for lunch. The lady serving us was very rude for no reason. Her energy was so off right from the start she didn?t welcome us in she just plonked us down on the table. She didn?t greet us with no smile she didn?t make conversation with us. She didn?t even. Ask us how our food was she seemed very angry with us for no apparent reason. I?ve never experienced this before at this place they have always treated us very well. But not on this day so it was clear to us that we never did anything wrong. When calling to complain about this of course she was the one who answered the phone and when explaining what had happened realised it was her I was speaking with on the phone. When asking if I could then talk with a manager she said she was the manger. Well if this is how a manager treats people that?s even more disgusting to know you?re a manager that behaves in this manner. On top of that she?s still bold and brave enough to have attitude on top of that. To me the only reason you you could behave in this poorly manner and treat us the way that she did was because the colour of our skin. Because we conducted ourselves in the way any other decent human being should. I will never in my life come to this restaurant again. And I don?t advise any other person of colour to do so either. Not if you like being treated in this way.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Prezzo Northampton, and I must say that the highlight of my experience was the outstanding service provided by Beatrice. From the moment I arrived, she greeted me with a warm and genuine smile, making me feel welcome and valued. Beatrice was incredibly attentive, ensuring that every detail of my dinning experience was perfect. She was knowledgeable about the menu, offered excellent recommendations, and was always there when needed, yet never intrusive. Her friendly and professional demeanor truly enhanced my meal. Beatrice?s dedication to providing top notch service made my visit memorable, and I will certainly be returning to Prezzo Northampton, thanks to her exceptional hospitality.

This evening I had very bad experience in this restaurant with the manager, Beatrice. I choose the restaurant to celebrate my birthday and she just damaged my little party when I requested the dessert. I requested a chocolate cake and she decided by herself to bring me an orange cheesecake. When I tried to explain her that this is not what I was asking her, she doesn?t let me even to speak, she was speaking over me and having very bad attitude. After 10 minutes she brings me the chocolate cake and saying ?I bring you this just to don?t see your sad face anymore ?, like I was in that restaurant to ask the food for free and I can?t afford to pay my food.
I am just disgusted about this experience and I will never come back!
