I cannot say enough positives about Prestige. I have been working for them now for only a few months now but right from the beginning every person I have come into contact with whether it be office staff or fellow carers, have been nothing but supportive, kind and so helpful to a person like myself who is new to care. I have had training and undertaken shadow shifts which led me to feeling more confident with the clients, with the office team only a phone-call away. I have 1 year old twins and I am at university studying nursing and Prestige have been very adaptable and supportive with my personal life and studies. Lastly, Prestige really do care for their clients and want to provide the best possible care they can! Thank you Prestige!

I'm incredibly grateful to work for Prestige, Northampton. They are a great team. I received all the relevant training, had some shadow shifts to build my confidence and know the office are only a phone call away. I've had to call out of hours a few times since starting and the staff has always been supportive, receptive and able to advise me accordingly. They are very understanding also. I enjoy my work and have built a nice rapport with the clients too. I'm currently doing an MSc in Occupational Therapy. I find that Prestige are very flexible with my hours and understanding about my University commitments. It's great experience to build my confidence as a future healthcare professional and I would recommend anyone wishing to work in care to work for Prestige.

I have been working for Prestige Nursing and Care for 5 years now.I worked for them previously in 2012 and found them very good to work for And this is the reason I returned back to work for them again.. I have met some lovley professional care workers in the team. All the office staff are great to work for too..I have been working in the care sector for 25+ years and love my job making sure people are looked after as I'm passionate about my role in the team..

I recently returned to care work, Prestige are an excellent company to work for. There is a great team environment & colleagues & branch staff provide support and advice for each other when staff are visiting clients in the community.Flexible working hours offers a good work life balance, and the job is very rewarding.

I have worked with Prestige Northampton for 14 years. They value, support and appreciate their staff. The training is good and relevant. The team is fantastic and this is the reason why i have stayed with them for this long.
