Stayed over 3 nights in 2 different rooms. First room very bland and basic. No air con just large portable fans. TV smaller than usual. 2nd room much nicer bigger TV and nice shower no bath. Both rooms could have done with maintenance. Leaking tap in one room and a big hole near the extractor fan in the other. The staff were nice the food was indifferent. Steak cooked nice and fish was overcooked too crispy. Should have sent it back. The starter Korean chicken wings were excellent.

I found it a bit dirty, on first night shower gel was finished, bathroom was very dirty see pictures! Also spiders in every corner. Room was also very small for the money! Nothing premier here?

Exceptional service provided by Rachel went above and beyond to help us retrieve our car keys. This young lady is a credit to the business at Premier inn west Harpole. Thank you Rachel??

Typical premier, you know what you are getting. Was clean and had a fan in the room which was great as it was a sweltering day. The only thing that let it down was the attached beefeater pub. The meals just didn't tempt us so just had a sweet. Bit disappointed but breakfast was ok. Plenty of choice.

Stayed here during the British GP. Great rooms the restaurant next door had a good breakfast. We traveled via bus and the bus stop at Northampton Road was really scary.

A bit of a tired and run down Premier Inn. Minor damage to things like the headboard and the light switch made the hotel feel tatty in places.
Secondly, if you get room 55 ask to change. It's next to the stairwell and the door closing makes a bang loud enough to wake you up
The saving grace is the staff. All friendly and willing to help. Kate in particular gets a special mention for being not only very helpful, they also were friendly, cheery and nothing was a problem. It's down to Kate and her team the mark was not a 2 or 3 star.

Small room and tiny bathroom. Didn't need my expectation of a Premier Inn and this was the 6th one I'd stayed in this year. Usual very comfortable bed. Also expensive.
