March 2024Ideal location to stay in Northampton. Close to theatre, museum, and pubs and restaurants. 2 car parks, one on each side and very reasonable overnight parking @ £2.20 or £2.70. the breakfast in the hotel was good. Help yourself continental and then an order for anything cooked. The main downside to the place was the temperature. It was so hot in the room and as usual the controls were useless. 19 was the minimum temperature, but it never got that low... The window was a single sealed unit that couldn't be opened, so no way of cooling the place down. It was very expensive too, £277 for 2 nights including breakfast.

I have been staying at this hotel every month for over 3years now and would not stay anywhere else!Katy is absolutely fantastic, very professional and brilliant with her staff, she runs this hotel brilliantly and will go out of her way to help, however big or small.Also head housekeeper Gosia is such an amazing friendly lady along with her staff. They know me very well now and always make me so welcome.Also thank you to Lewis today as well as cooking in the kitchen he still went out of his way and sorted my card for my room at reception.This hotel has been so full & busy this weekend 17& 18th Feb, and what this staff do is absolutely amazing, no other words than multi tasking and working together as a team.They are an absolute credit to the Premier Inn town centre and a credit to your company, you are so lucky to have them!Thanks again Katy & Gosia and will see you again next month, you both should be commended on the amazing work that you do xxNearby activities: So central & close to everythingSafety: Great staff here day & all nightWalkability: So central to walk into town, supermarkets, train station etc.Food & drinks: Always book bed & breakfastBreakfast is amazing with plenty of choice. Very well located hotel. Rooms are clean, well heated/ventilated, accessible and comfortable! Beds are huge, with good bedding. The staff were all exceptional, no fuss, do whatever they could to help. I lost my room key, and it was no trouble to get me another one, and no shame or blame! Just made me another one. That meant alot, as you feel so stupid already for losing it!Breakfast the next day was great. One of the staff in the restaurant Leo in particular, who was so friendly and attentive. We found all staff friendly and helpful, so thanks for making our stay a great one.

This is a gem amongst premier inns! I have stayed in a few in my time, but the service at Northampton was outstanding: what made this one special was the fantastic dedication of the staff and the friendliness with which me and the team I was with, were received. From the concierge at check -in, to the bar tenders pulling our pints, the welcome and warmth, as well as the professionalism, was palpable.In the morning, when we were supposed to leave for our business of the day, the rain was pouring down. We could not get a taxi in time, even with the help of staff. So the manager took time out of her busy schedule to drive us to where we needed to go, with perfect ease and grace. Now that's customer service! I can highly recommend this premier inn and would be happy to return anytime,

What a lovely turn around!! I initially didn?t like my first room allocated to me and my family. Reception staff Denzil offered me and my family complimentary breakfast. The manager Katie dealt with my issue and gave me and me family a room I was much happier with. Enabling me to have a great birthday!! I had a great time celebrating with champagne breakfast for my Birthday!! I had great restaurant recommendation from Denzil, which did not disappoint!! The staff have been fabulous!! I will definitely come again and visit this hotel and Northampton again.

Beautiful town plenty of pubs and restaurants. Nice place to go shopping Hotel 5 minute walk from the town. Friendly people It's quite hilly in the town Plenty to do Highly recommend it for a weekend stay
