Stayed here for 4 nights the rooms are really spacious and the bed must have been a king-size and nice and quiet I would happily recommend it to anyone staying a few nights and not forgetting the staff who were excellent too

Food and drinks: area for breakfast for premier guests which was just perfect I think children ate free

Been staying on business trips here for around 10 years. Always a pleasure to stay with Premier Northampton South. Great staff and excellent house keeping.

I have stayed at this Premier Inn many times and this is probably my worst experience.
I had booked a family room for a few nights. Staff are friendly and location is perfect. Right next to an awesome pub/restaurant with friendly staff as well.
The reason I have not rated higher is because of the amount of times the key cards did not work. It was ridiculous! Every single time we went out and came back, we had to do at least 3 trips to and from the room/reception to try different key cards to get in the room. Not happy especially when you've had a very busy day in 29?c heat and just want to relax!
Also the hotel doesn't have AC and the hot water tap on the sink takes forever to get any sort of heat, so you basically waste water.

Food great and service was fab from Jo and Jackie. Corridor doors had a few issues with key not working but help was there very quickly and then it was fine! Room was large, beds comfy.

Walkability: Ground floor accessible room in the Annex but a long way from Reception, sloping path, no handrails. Only 1 disabled parking space near the Annex.

Stayed here for a couple of weeks working.Food at the hungry horse next-door was really good and excellent staff even when really busyRooms were quiet but could maybe do with a refresh as looking a bit tired now.All good and will stay again.

We took our rugby team on a club tour to Northampton and stayed at the Premier Inn Wootton. The staff were really helpful and everything was organised really well for the arrival of 41 people. They even went to the trouble of leaving gifts, sweets and jokes in the rooms for the children as a little welcome too. This was over and above anything we expected. The rooms were lovely and clean and the breakfast was spot on. We are extremely grateful for their service and kindness. It was greatly appreciated by the team and parents. We would definitely recommend this hotel.
