I stayed at this hotel for a week while on a work trip. Although the hotel is starting to show its age the room was very clean, friendly staff and everything you?d expect from a premier inn! Good shower, tv with plenty of channels and most importantly a comfortable bed. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Due to return to Northampton in a couple of months and will definitely be booking here again when I need to book accommodation!

Nicola was an absolute pleasure to speak to. She helped me get my room sorted at such short notice and was incredibly welcoming and friendly.I enjoyed staying the night, and the room was spot on.

Staff were very helpful and friendly, rooms were clean and tidy. We did feel that the rooms could have done with some updating, as it felt tired. Worthwhile noting that this Premier Inn don't do breakfast anymore, but the pub next door does but don't open till 9amRooms: Needed updating,.

Room very run down and not great condition. No option of breakfast before 9am. Needs upgrading, worst premier in I?ve stayed in. Food in pub next door was average with awful service. Even hotel told us that. Avoid

This hotel was mostly as expected. Quiet and comfortable room. But I was surprised how dated it was when it came to amenities. Zero usb charging points. And not a single spare plug in the room especially by the bed to charge devices such as phones.

The whole hotel needs some refurbishment. The outside paint is peeling and wood rotting. Inside the rooms they are clean and have the facilities expected from a premier inn, but the bathroom was in desperate need of some work. The floor near the toilet was soft and spongy and the drains smelled. The bath sealant and grout was either missing or black. The rooms do not have air conditioning so was very warm through the evening even with the fan on and window open. Great location to visit Silverstone, but felt the price was slightly high based on the current condition of the hotel. The hotel is no longer linked to the pub next door so was unable to book breakfast. However we went to the Britannia Pub for our evening meal which was very good and walkable from the hotel.

We stayed for the Motogp weekend at silverstone. It was a great location, great price and great staff who helped when needed. They also left an array of goodies out for those visiting the MotoGP, cereal bars, crisps, fruit, water etc which was a lovely touch!

This was an adequate stay. Plenty of parking and reception staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean and tidy and it was really quiet during the night so I enjoyed a good nights sleep. The only issue was the restaurant next door, if your staying here give it a miss and dine elsewhere.

Stayed for two nights over the weekend and found out after paying for breakfast that they no longer do premier inn breakfast! Also one night restaurant closed early so no evening meal! Very old and run down, advise only use if really must! No customer support with the above. Wouldn?t recommend this PI. Also rooms were far too hot, 28 deg at night with only a fan! Shame as we paid way over the odds due to high local demands!!

Location was ok as it was easy to fine and lots of parking space .The bed feels comfy enough, had a good sleep .TV needs upgrading light switching needs upgrading ,not enough socket ,none was found close to bed as I have to stand up to charge my gadgets.Service was ok and can't complain .

Stayed in the premier inn as I have for years expecting the usual standard of room. Awful room, dated and the smell from our room was unbearable, changed room same smell but a little more bearable so guessing you can smell the drains in all the bathrooms, the heat obviously didn?t help but you shouldn?t have to close doors and turn fans on to mask the hideous smell! The one thing I can?t fault are the staff very friendly and helpful but they must deal with some amount of grief due to the condition of some of these rooms! Also need plugs or usb sockets closer to the beds I was playing plug bingo with the fan/TV/Hairdryer and kettle. Contacted with my issues refused to take any ownership due to not complaining about the second room despite it being 11pm! Book the premier inn at GT Billing nearby my friends stayed they had a great room!

Stayed for night. Reception smelled pleasant and receptionist was very welcoming and helpful. I had wanted to stay at the Holiday Inn down the road but it's apparently being used for immigrants. The hotel is shabby and could really do with a refurb although you can see that the staff are keeping it clean and tidy. Rooms are basic with few plug sockets, nothing near the bed so bring a long charge cable and plug! Room was an acceptable temperature and the bed again very clean and comfortable and although near a busy road, with the double window closed you couldn't hear the traffic... It was quite loud with the window open. Bathroom again quite shabby with a basic in Bath shower and a shower curtain that stuck to you. Overall pleasant due to staff but really needs an upgrade. When staying I. The area again I will go a bit further into town and pay a bit more for overall comfort.

I thought I had been transported to the 1990's. This site is still as originally installed. Very light brown wood and beige. I was surprised the TV was colour. Alas at a 2020 price
