The prices were off matched and when I went to buy a notebook it said £3 but it was in fact £5. I told the cashier and his colleague went to check. We stood there for about 10 minutes because the guy wasn't checking but rearranging

This place is a mess, untidy and dirty. A lot of young staff chatting. I was called babe by the till operator who's appearance was disheveled to say the least. I'm shocked from walking through this shop. Unbelievable

The ability to have self-checkout kiosks would greatly enhance the customer experience by providing a quick and convenient option for those making smaller purchases.
