Excellent service. Complicated ordered delivered promptly and correctly. Excellent prices. I have used this company several times and there has been a marked improvement in service.Just had another large order delivered. Took just two days. No mistakes. Full complement of parts ordered and there weenap prix 100 different items. Excellent service!

Terrible company with shocking customer service. On receipt of my delivery I identified to the courier that two of the access chamber risers had no seals, he had no idea so we checked on the van but there was nothing there. I called Plastics Express and the girl (with massive attitude) told me that I had to send photos, which I was happy to do. I told her that I had a builder arriving the following day so I needed the seals sending out (this was mid afternoon) asnd I was told that they were too busy. So I have to cancel a builder because they don't check the products before shipping??! Told them to come and collect them and send me a refund. What a joke this outfit are. Avoid.

Used to be a good company and worthy of their name.Now not only do you wait weeks they have absolutely no communication so pot luck if you ever get your gear.Don't bother!

Didn't dispatch my item within five days of ordering so I cancelled and they withheld the delivery charge without telling me or without ever providing evidence that they had dispatched the item. Clowns.

It?s been a week and still not received all my items, 2 deliveries only part of order. My work has stopped costing me money.Received Damaged pipes.Iv called the helpline not a lot of help. Definitely not using again.

Delivery just arrived with no issues whatever.Delivered by tuffnellsLike others say unfortunately there is no tracking, but that may save because of the free postage which I'm happy with .Drainage has arrived perfect, no issues.I wil order from here again, cheers.

They always have everything in stock, I agree that delivery could be quicker, but as long as you know that it isn't a problem. The girls in the office are always helpful, and I often collect direct from the warehouse. Great products, excellent prices and helpful staff. Will definitely be my go to for drainage products.

I can see why they have such low reviews. Sold me a membrane based on terram which I was told is unwoven so probably more suitable (unable to prove who I spoke to) but I run a landscaping company and would never ever use inadequate products. Now have to correct hundreds of pounds of work. Avoid this company, I didn't want to put 1 star

I am not too sure why there are negative reviews for this company, I cannot say enough about my great experience with them. I ordered parts on a Friday, realised I had ordered a wrong part, called them up, Beth could not do enough to help me. Ordered the correct part. All delivered on time as promised. The best customer service I have received for years. Nice to speak to someone on the phone rather than a bot or an automated system.Well done, keep up the great work!
