Safety is a common denominator across all aspects of life. It is not only a matter for industry it is also a matter for humanity.Ask the people who work in the warehouse to start thinking about safety, and on a regular, periodic basis, review and discuss how they might work better.Encourage people to discuss ideas for improvement.Help to enhance effective workplace communication.Safety has to be everyone's responsibility.Everyone needs to know that they are empowered to speak up when there is an issue.Please help them to create a safer and healthier workplace. ?Staff well-being is important!!!Exceptionally hard arduous work. Considerable room for professional growth!Low employee retention rate. ??They're just too busy chasing the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow. ?Colleague interpersonal communication can be very challenging.Certainly, I would not recommend them to any of my friends. ?Heavy manual labour at pace. Please be advised!Desperately understaffed. ?Negligible training. ??It is not exactly prestigious. ?Be Wary!I wish I could give this company more supportive and complementary feedback.??
