gosh! what happened to our poor dog you've been looking after him every few weeks he and we are comfortable with u all but what happened this week poor Bertie has been scalped u clearly for some reason couldn't be bothered and took a razor to him it's the quickest you've ever done and changed a packet yes had a few knots under his ears but blimey he looks like an alpaca and too embarrassed to go out not too sure if he'll be back? come on pets at home do better,

Harry was brilliant today, extremely knowledgeable about the puppy food we were looking at - wainwrights then informed us about the nutritional benefits for our specific breed, also told us about all instore vouchers and to download app each to save money. He also helped out with harnesses and fitting! Very pleasant young lad who certainly knew his stuff! Thanks Harry

Do not buy any tropical fish from this place.. they all die within a day or so .. when I buy from elsewhere they stay alive and breed. Not from this place though

On the shelf there is a price,but when you pay,the price is not the same as the displayed price. Happened to me 3 times in less than a month. Be carefull with the prices ,you might find yourself having to pay little more extra.

Good place to buy stuff for your pets, but it's not great for advice, specifically if you need guidance for fish, including tanks, like live plants, filters, what quantity of water per fish ?

It was my first time being there. Staff were friendly, I went to purchase some fish. The aquariums looked clean and looked after. Would happily go back again.
