Cannot get a prescription for some crazy reason. Have rang 8 times for 4 weeks just keep being told same that someone will ring back and no one ever does. Absolutely disgusting customer service and will most definitely be changing vets.

Well stocked, apart from usual pet good you can also get live stock like bunnies, gerbils,hamsters,fish.
Also sells crickets for your pet snake/spider

Useless, was told some random story about buying fish when quite clearly the staff were inexperienced and couldn't explain themselves properly. Did me a favour as I found a better shop which were very knowledgeable and professional. Definitely what be using pets at home again.

Great staff, always helpful, store always clean, Great choice of pet products. Easy access for wheelchair users if needed. My pets get spoilt when visiting, always looking for something nice to treat them.
