First time trying Papa John's. The chicken poppers were great.. bacon cheese sticks side not so much.. 5 maybe 6 at best tiny squares of bacon to 'serve two people' is ridiculous for the price it costs!!
Chicken pizza.. well, it was kind of mediocre and definitely not worth the price either..
So if you like tasty crispy, chicken bites, Papa John's is for you!!
The service was good. The food was ready for the selected collection time, and the staff seemed friendly in the brief encounter.

We ordered pizza (American hot) online, it was really fast delivery, but pizza it was so spicy just uneatable, I'm the person who eat spicy food but this one was uneatable, full of jalapeños and a lot of tabasco. And when I try to speak with someone on the phone about this, I can't understand what worker try to say, and when I explain what is the problem, he just start to be rude and shouting on phone. Never order again

The worse place ever!
I placed an order, it didn?t arrive on time then one of the team called me and said - we want to let you know that the taxi man that was meant to bring your food hasn?t showed up. So I asked what exactly they want me to do .. the guy started screaming with insults. The delivery came about an hour later, I didn?t bother to collect the food.
Giving one star is just too generous- what I want to give is a ZERO!!!
I wish them all the best with their terrible ways of handling customers.
Never again would I order food from them!

Slowest possible delivery place, i have placed in the past and just now las time called 10 times and always ?driver just left will take 10 minutes? today called and same thing. They are disrespectful and mark orders in system as delivered so they can take the money but never deliver the food

Placed the order 2 hours prior to make sure I would be able to leave for train on time. Called place 10 minutes past the delivery time when I was advised that order was sent late by central team.Even argued with me that I placed order for 15 past. Food arrived at 25 past.It looked like driver had thrown it around the car. Never again.

Would be really good if they actually advertised the time they shut correctly. Just spent twenty minutes messing about trying to check out on their website with it repeatedly failing. Then try to ring them half an hour before the advertised closing time to resolve it and automated voice said it's shut. Disappointing on a Friday night.

Well we placed an order at 5.34pm on a Wednesday. It was marked as delivered by 6.10. I called at 6.27 to ask where the hell it was. The person on the phone could not seem to understand what I was saying and just told me it would be another 6 minutes.It finally arrived, half cold. Food tastes ok but after having to warm it ourselves to make sure we didn?t get food poisoning, we classed it as a pretty poor show.Overall, customer service rubbish, food ok, will I be returning next time after an hours wait with no warning it would be that long? Definitely not likely. I?ll just go to dominos that?s only around 8 streets away. By the time I walk home the food would still probably be warmer than the food we received this evening!
