The Pandora in Northampton is an excellent place to get your range of Pandora items, especially your Charms. The staff that worked there were amazing, especially Gracie, who was very kind, patient, friendly, respectful, and supportive with me when helping me decide about the Pandora items to get.

Staff were extremely rude and unhelpful they were straight up lying about not being about exchange a online item and could only do a refund on the iPad. As an ex Pandora employee I know they didn?t want to do it due to it impacting sales targets and ATV. Customer service was not in the room with us.

My wonderful sister bought me some beautiful earrings and herself a new ring today, we were served by Gracie absolutely lovely member of staff so welcoming and service was amazing ? very happy with out new pandora Jewellery ?

Emmily was a fantastic help, me and my partner came in as a diamond had fallen off the ring. Unfortunately we didn?t have the receipt but she was incredibly patient and helpful, getting us WiFi so we could find the statement on our banking app then tracing this transaction through her till and then instantly replacing the faulty product with no trouble, she is a true asset to your team and a role model for excellence in customer service.

I arrives here at the end of February for a present for my sister, knew something that she'd like, unfortunately lost the photo but described it to the lady on the counter and she shown me the one that I was talking about. Didn't have enough so had to go outside to transfer so she held it for me, service and friendliness was top notch, very impressed and will revisit here for future presentsFrom a very satisfied customer

Is there any point in the queue system? Waited for 10 minutes in the queue with others and all the people who didn?t queue got served first. Staff didn?t acknowledge us at all.

Excellent store. I had a very specific request (gift recipient has low mobility in fingers) and the lady serving me was more than helpful. I got exactly what I wanted. No pushy up selling either and they respected the budget I stated.
