Professional, courteous and on time. Very happy with my visit to Northampton today, lovely lady on reception many thanks FATIMA for your reassuring words and thanks to the optometrist for her professionalism and help. I had laser surgery years ago and I'm now going for the lens replacement as I'm not willing to go backwards to glasses.

Fatima at the Northampton clinic went above and beyond to help me. Northampton is an ideal location for those who live in Midlands and East Midlands, without the stress of navigating into a big city like Birmingham or Coventry. The only downside is that it has limited opening hours, otherwise I would have used it for all of my appointments.

Really good. Everything was explained, had loads of chances to ask questions. Both Northampton site and Milton Keynes where I had the operation was super clean. Sajad, who did the procedure was very informative, walked me through it, talked throughout to reassure me and make sure I knew what was going on. Made the whole thing so much easier as I was super anxious. Patema at the Northampton site for my eye checks was also very helpful and looked after me. Highly recommended. Price is totally worth it. After the operation there is some pain and was hard to open my eyes for a few hours, but after a good nap I could see and it eased up fast. The following day my vision was so good. Much clearer. Month later I still catch myself thinking I have contacts in because my vision is so clear. The red in one eye faded within a week, in the other its lasted a bit longer but it doesn't hurt or interfear with my sight at all, just get a few comments of people noticing. The op itself was so quick. Spent more time in the waiting room with a nice cuppa tea, chatting to other patients! But even the wait was pretty fast. They do so many different tests and check to make sure everything is okay you really feel like your in safe hands. If you're putting it off because you're worried, just go for it, best choice I made was going with optical express.

From start to finish Jana was extremely helpful in organising my visit and also assisting me to complete all forms needed etc during the visit. Excellent Customer ServiceI only went to see my options but when I met the lovely lady called Fatima whom greeted me with the a big smile. I found her warm pleasant and professional she was so nice I felt extremely comfortable. She had answered all my questions as I had a long list also explained the LASIK procedure in full details. I am so happy I will definitely be recommending my friends and family to Optical Express.

I received one of the best customer service care whilst I had my consultation with optical express, members of staff are very caring and helpful, Fatimah was kind welcoming, she's the first person I got in contact with after I left the receptionist who was nice aswell. The consultant was very efficient and also caring.I would recommend optical express to my friends and family or anybody.Regards.
